Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?
Starter is free forever for small teams. Agency includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to sign up.
How are accounts counted?
Each social profile (Reddit, Instagram, X, etc.) counts as one account. Deleted accounts free up capacity.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you charge per phone device?
Phone farm access is included in Agency and Enterprise. Starter does not include remote device control.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers on annual contracts.
